Cancellations and Changes

We are committed to providing transparent and customer-friendly service. You may request a full refund at any time prior to the start of production (during the preliminary design consultation phase).

Each portrait is a one-of-a-kind, custom piece, meticulously hand-carved based on your beloved pet. Once both parties have confirmed the design and the artisan begins production, the order is considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Peace of Mind Upon Delivery

We take great care in packaging every piece, but accidents can still occur during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

We will do our utmost to resolve the issue and offer a reasonable solution based on the circumstances, such as repairs, a partial refund, or a replacement.

Lost Package

If your package is lost during shipping, please don’t worry. We will handle all communication with the shipping carrier, keep you updated on the progress throughout the process, and offer you a full refund or a replacement item.
